Singing Worship Service
We begin our Sunday morning worship service with prayer requests and
announcements to the congregation. After the announcements we begin our Sunday
morning worship singing. The congregation will sing songs of praise followed by an
opening prayer. Another song of praise is sung, then the lesson is presented by Brother
Ferlin Price. At the conclusion of each sermon an invitation is extended for anyone
who wants to accept Christ as their savior and be baptized.
Then members of the congregation will give has they have prospered, followed by a
worship song before the Lord's Supper.
The Lord's Supper is prepared upon every first day of every week. The Bread is
presented, then the Fruit of the Vine.
The Congregation will sing a closing worship song, followed by a closing prayer.
The Lord's Supper
The singing worship service is conducted as stated in Ephesians 5:19" Speaking to
yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in
your heart to the Lord." The idea of instrumental music is not mentioned in any of
the letters of the New Testament. The use of musical instruments is not authorized in
the New Testament and there is no commandment or example of authorizing the use of
them by God.
"Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath
prospered him, that there be no gathering when I come. 1 Corinthians 16:2. As a
visitor please do not feel that you are obligated to give. Giving is an obligation of the
members at the Eubank Church of Christ..
"God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 4:24

The Lord's Supper is prepared upon the first day of every week as commanded in the
New Testament. The Lord's Supper is presented in the Sunday Morning Worship
Service. The Lord's Supper is also served during Sunday Evening Worship service for
those who were unable to partake during the morning service, so that all Christians are
able to partake and fulfill what God commands.
At the end of every service an invitation is extended to anyone who wants to accept
Jesus Christ as their one and only savior, repent of their sins and be baptized for the
remission of their sins. .....Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of
Jesus Christ for the remission of sins,......Acts 2:38.
